I’m Jael, an introverted photographer based in Edinburgh, Scotland.
This project started in 2020 during the pandemic as a way to cope with lockdown. My aim is to make you feel what I feel when I capture what's in front of me. A moment of bliss frozen in time.
I've been experimenting with different genres such as food photography, intimate landscape, architecture, street photography, events and the one moment I am most grateful for, capturing the northern lights!
My brand, Capture by Jael, doesn't accept to be labeled into just one genre but rather reflecting the style of a natural, candid and casual approach to my images. I want you to get immersed in the moment. Feel free to browse through my shop or galleries.
